Daily Workflow

How to use the dashboard, check-ins, syncs, completions, and Garmin export each day.

Who this is for

Use this as the normal morning and post-workout operating guide.

Morning check

  1. 1Open Home and review today's planned endurance session, WOD status, recovery signal, and notifications.
  2. 2Submit a check-in if the app asks for readiness, illness, soreness, motivation, or training context.
  3. 3Regenerate today only when the planned prescription no longer matches recovery, time, weather, or available equipment.
  4. 4If a Gym WOD is visible but not selected, treat it as reference only. It is not a completed workout.

Before training

  • Use the prescribed session content as the source of truth for duration, intensity, and session intent.
  • Download a FIT file when the session should be sent to Garmin.
  • For CrossFit, choose the selected Gym WOD or AI WOD based on stimulus, recovery cost, and tomorrow's key session.
  • Do not manually mark missed or completed unless a future manual override is deliberately added. Strava matching should drive completion.

After training

  1. 1Sync Strava after the activity uploads if webhook sync has not already updated the app.
  2. 2Check that the app matched the Strava activity to the correct endurance session or WOD candidate.
  3. 3Log soreness when CrossFit, strength, or unusually hard endurance work creates meaningful carry-over.
  4. 4Review the daily summary and notifications for anything that needs reconnecting or correction.
